Tracking & Shipping
Don't worry! Sometimes tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after your package is picked up.
If you don't see any movement after 3 business days, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate right away!
Oh no! First, check with neighbors or family members who might have accepted the package. Also check around your delivery area - sometimes packages are left in safe spots.
If you still can't find it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
We currently ship to all 50 states.
Delivery times vary by location:
- U.S. Mainland orders: Typically arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.
Returns & Exchanges
- All items, including apparel, accessories, and gift cards, are final sale and eligible only for exchange or store credit β no refunds will be issued.
- We do not issue refunds under any circumstance.
- Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed, and original condition with tags attached.

You'll receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Pack your items securely and drop them off at any carrier location!

Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We'll send you the correct item ASAP with expedited shipping at no extra cost, and provide a prepaid label for the return.
Oh no! We stand behind our products 100%.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the defect. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
No need to return the defective item!
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
We'll email you as soon as your refund is processed!

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we may have already packed and shipped your order.
You can always use our easy return process if needed!
