Do you offer custom designs or colors? +

We love custom projects! Please reach out through our Contact Us page with your idea, and we'll let you know if it's something we can create. Custom orders may require additional production time.

Can I request a specific color? +

If you'd like a color variation that's not currently listed, contact us! We'll let you know if we can make that happen :)

Tracking & Shipping

My order says shipped with no movement! πŸ“¦ +

Don't worry! Sometimes tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after your package is picked up.

If you don't see any movement after 3 business days, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate right away!

My order was marked delivered but it's MIA! πŸ“¦πŸ”Ί +

Oh no! First, check with neighbors or family members who might have accepted the package. Also check around your delivery area - sometimes packages are left in safe spots.

If you still can't find it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Where do we ship to? 🌍 +

SHIPPING LOCATIONS: WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO ALL 50 STATES, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, JAPAN, AND AUSTRALIA. WE SHIP FROM HAWAII, WHICH MAY RESULT IN LONGER SHIPPING TIMES THAN MAINLAND RETAILERS DUE TO OUR REMOTE LOCATION.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES: DELIVERY TIMES VARY BY LOCATION.

  • U.S. ORDERS: TYPICALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (CANADA, UK, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA): TYPICALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 10-21 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING, DEPENDING ON CUSTOMS CLEARANCE.

  • We do not issue refunds under any circumstance.

  • Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed, and original condition with tags attached.

Login to your account to initiate a return, have your order number and email handy.

You'll receive a prepaid return label and instructions. Pack your items securely and drop them off at any carrier location!

We're so sorry about the mix-up!

Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We'll send you the correct item ASAP with expedited shipping at no extra cost, and provide a prepaid label for the return.

What if my item is defective? πŸ”¨ +

Oh no! We stand behind our products 100%.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the defect. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

No need to return the defective item!

When will I get my credit/refund? πŸ’Έ +

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

We'll email you as soon as your refund is processed!
